Why Bodnar & Co. Exists
Bodnar & Co. was founded on a straightforward premise: the audit and compliance market was dominated by firms that were either too large to care about mid-market clients or too small to offer real technical depth. Startup CTOs were getting handed to entry-level associates. Enterprise clients were paying premium rates for generic deliverables.
We set out to do something different. Bodnar & Co. is a boutique CPA firm where every client engagement is led by a senior partner with direct audit and security experience. We limit the number of concurrent engagements deliberately — because our reputation is built on the quality of each report, not the volume of reports issued.
Today we serve technology companies ranging from Series A startups earning their first SOC 2 to enterprise software providers managing multi-framework compliance programs. What they have in common: they chose us because they wanted a partner, not just a vendor.
